i see 2 issues..
1. Shaky/rattling.. the compressor rubber mounts are worn. Fan/ radiator is clogged with dust. Fan bearing needs oiling.
Remedy : Open up the unit and clean away dusts with compressed air and brush. Peel of the sticker covering the fan bearing and put 1 drop of motor oil into the bearing. reinstall sticker or cover with scotch or paper tape. For the compressor mounts, you can fabricate the replacement rubber mounts using old bicycle inner tubes.
2. Incorrect temperature: The temperature sensor probe is spoilt. You can buy replacement probes, (search for NTC 10kOhm) water resistant sensor in shopee and replace. If your temperature probe is in the Hailea, i suggest to mod to an external sensor. Link to buy the sensor below.

Creating an underwater nirvana & loving it!
Given that you're experiencing this issue after a 2-hour LED show and with a temperature of 33 degrees Celsius, it's possible that the chiller is struggling to cope with the heat load generated by the LEDs
